This hybrid role blends on-the-ground outreach with remote coordination to strengthen connections with vulnerable populations and enhance access to essential services.

You will identify community needs, organize events, and serve as a vital link between residents and available resources.

Formación

• Qualification in social work or related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in community work or outreach.
• Strong understanding of challenges in Upington, Northern Cape.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse community groups respectfully.
• Proficiency in basic record-keeping and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (remote and fieldwork).
• Knowledge of local resources in Upington and surroundings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with diverse community members.
