Placements24 is seeking a motivated Fundraising Campaign Coordinator for our East London office. This role will plan, execute, and manage campaigns, working with the development team to engage donors and track progress toward financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for community initiatives. You will coordinate events, manage donor records, and contribute creative ideas to expand our fundraising impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
• 1-2 years of fundraising, marketing, event coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; donor management software a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the mission of the organization and commitment to fundraising success.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience with social media platforms for promotional purposes is beneficial.
• Must be based in or willing to work from our East London office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various fundraising campaigns, including annual appeals, special events, and online giving initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring all activities are well-organized and executed on time.
• Manage donor communications, including thank-you notes, appeals, and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate donor records and update the donor database as needed.
• Support the development of campaign materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Assist with event planning and execution for fundraising activities.
• Track campaign progress and generate reports on key metrics and outcomes.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers as required for campaign materials and events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated campaign messaging.
• Contribute creative ideas for new fundraising initiatives.
