Alignerr Corp. is seeking an IAM Analyst to help train AI systems on identity risk and access control.

You will analyze IAM scenarios, identify misconfigurations, and provide actionable feedback to improve how AI reasons about privilege and zero-trust concepts. Join a remote, hourly contract (10–40 hours/week) and contribute to cutting-edge AI research while leveraging your IAM and RBAC expertise against real-world patterns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
• Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments.
• Able to think analytically about complex access control scenarios and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least‑privilege principles, and access review processes
• Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments
• Able to think analytically about complex access control scenarios and communicate findings clearly
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in an async, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint
• Familiarity with identity threat models, zero-trust architecture, or PAM solutions
• Background in security engineering, cloud security, or penetration testing
• Prior experience contributing to AI training, red‑teami​ng, or security research
