Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Business Analyst focused on IAM and Data Protection for a remote/hybrid 12-month engagement.

The role involves leading end-to-end requirements, validating designs, and translating security and compliance needs into concrete specifications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven improvements while upholding IT governance and GDPR standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Relevant tertiary qualification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements definition, documentation, and validation across business and technical workstreams.
• Evaluate current and target processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimisation.
• Translate business, compliance, and security needs into actionable specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to validate designs and elicit requirements.
• Create user journeys, workflows, and data models; prepare user documentation and training materials.
• Support functional testing and UAT ensuring alignment with IT governance, information security, and GDPR standards.
• Perform data reconciliation across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
