Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Analyst (IAM & Data Protection) for a 12-month hybrid/remote contract in Cape Town. You will lead requirements, map processes, and ensure compliance with GDPR, IAM governance, and data protection standards.

You will collaborate across business and technical teams to translate needs into actionable specs and data models. The role requires experience with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and strong stakeholder management in agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis in technology-led changes.
• Experience with IAM governance and data protection standards.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, SSO and MFA.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements definition, documentation, and validation across business and technical workstreams.
• Evaluate current and target processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimisation.
• Translate business, compliance, and security needs into actionable specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and delivery teams to elicit requirements.
• Create user journeys, workflows, and data models and prepare training materials.
• Support functional testing and UAT ensuring alignment with governance and GDPR.
