Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT/CS/Networking.
• 5–7 years' experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, MikroTik, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with multi-site infrastructure and DR technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise infrastructure including VMware vSphere.
• Manage MikroTik networking, VPNs, routing, switching and WLAN.
• Maintain Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Monitor and optimise network performance across multi-site environments.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Provide Level 2/3 escalation for infrastructure issues.
• Develop runbooks and maintain technical documentation.
