Job summary

Headhunters is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in the Eastern Cape to partner with stakeholders across manufacturing and logistics. You will gather and document requirements, map processes, design BRDs and user stories, and support ERP initiatives.

The role requires a degree and 5+ years BA experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to facilities and offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in a business/IT discipline and 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing or logistics environments is preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations or enterprise system projects is advantageous.
• Ability to travel between facilities and offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or similarly operational environment.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience mapping and improving business processes.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, migrations, enhancements, or enterprise system projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• FMCG manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Dairy, food, or beverage industry exposure is advantageous.

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.

• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities where required.
