Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs across all managed facilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and public health. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage city-wide hygiene and sanitation strategies and policies.
• Oversee and direct teams responsible for cleaning, waste management, and pest control operations.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of sanitation programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hygiene, sanitation management, or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive sanitation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of public health regulations, food safety standards (if applicable), and environmental best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be adept at using management software and digital reporting tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in Centurion , Gauteng .
