Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of WFS/ADP functional or technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling and time & attendance.
• ITIL-aligned incident, service request, and change management experience.
• Hands-on WFS configuration, reporting, and scripting.
• AMS delivery experience in SAP environments.
• Functional & integration testing and release support experience.
• Understanding of WFS-SAP integrations.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WFS incidents within SLA timelines.
• Support business users on workforce scheduling, time, and attendance queries.
• Execute configuration changes and enhancements; include impact analysis and testing.
• Provide functional and technical support across core WFS capabilities.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform functional and integration testing and support releases.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and SAP AMS teams.
• Contribute to documentation, automation, and knowledge transfer.
• Deliver all support services within SLAs to maintain stability.
