Qualifications

• Degree in oenology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine production management or senior cellar role.
• Hands-on involvement in cellar and winemaking processes, with strong leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all wine production stages from grape reception to bottling and cellar operations.
• Ensure quality control standards and regulatory compliance throughout production.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources (staff, equipment, materials).
• Lead and develop winemaking and cellar staff for excellence.
• Implement best practices in winemaking and cellar management.
• Monitor production costs and pursue efficiency and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with viticulture to ensure grape quality.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers of oenological products and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in production facilities.
• Contribute to development and innovation of wine products and processes.
