Job summary

Placements24 in Stellenbosch is looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our hybrid operations team. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, contributing to accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment in a busy warehouse.

This hands-on role demands strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work safely with forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be available and is encouraged when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
• Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
