Job summary

Placements24 is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join the Paarl team. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring accurate processing and orderly inventory control.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects consistently.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory and supplies accurately.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately according to order specifications.
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging goods for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).

About the Role

Our client is seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join their dynamic team in Paarl . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Your efficiency and accuracy will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our client's logistics and distribution processes in the Western Cape.
