Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join the Rustenburg team. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with a strong focus on accuracy and safety in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Candidates should be detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
