Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging in-store visual merchandising displays, window presentations, and floor layouts.
• Ensure all visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop and maintain store presentation plans, incorporating new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to execute visual merchandising strategies effectively.
• Manage and maintain all visual merchandising props, fixtures, and signage.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and display effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging visual merchandising techniques.
• Coordinate with the central merchandising team on visual directives and inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
