The position offers a hybrid work model with travel to various store locations in the Port Elizabeth region, providing opportunities to shape the visual identity of a growing retail brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative display role within retail.
• Strong portfolio showing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual merchandising strategies for physical stores and online platforms.
• Create attractive product displays, window designs, and in-store signage.
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for all locations.
• Collaborate with marketing to align visuals with campaigns and brand messaging.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and materials for displays.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and execution.
