Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Strong portfolio of merchandising projects.
• Knowledge of color theory, spatial planning and design principles.
• Proficiency in design software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand and campaigns.
• Create product displays, window presentations, and in-store layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams on promotions.
• Ensure brand presentation across Centurion stores.
• Train store staff on standards and best practices.
• Monitor inventory for display needs and raise stock issues.
• Stay updated on retail trends and visual techniques.
• Manage procurement and maintenance of display props.
• Analyze impact of visual merchandising on sales.
• Contribute to store design and layout planning for optimal flow.
