Qualifications

• Proven experience as Visual Merchandiser or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising concepts.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends during key periods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Create eye-catching window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups.
• Ensure displays follow brand guidelines and stay consistent across the store.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing to plan seasonal campaigns.
• Source props, fixtures, and signage for displays.
• Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising trends and design principles.
• Train staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Monitor display stock and coordinate with inventory on requirements.
• Prepare reports on visual merchandising activities and impact on sales.
• Maintain high presentation standards for the store environment.
