Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory and spatial layout.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into visual executions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Well-organized and time-managed with multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to stores and work in a hybrid model.
• A creative flair and passion for retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement in-store visual merchandising displays aligned with brand aesthetics and campaigns.
• Develop seasonal and promotional visual plans considering layout, product placement and traffic.
• Create and present visual merchandising guidelines to store staff for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate brand messaging and product highlights.
• Source props, fixtures and materials within budget constraints.
• Analyze sales data and feedback to improve visual strategies.
• Stay updated on retail design trends and best practices.
• Train in-store teams on visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to overall store design and ambiance for engaging shopping.
• Prepare reports on activities and sales impact.
