Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in transport operations or a similar logistics role.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a fleet of vehicles.
• Knowledge of South African road transport regulations and compliance.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch of transport vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor real-time vehicle movements using GPS tracking.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery and address delays.
• Communicate with drivers, provide instructions and feedback.
• Coordinate transport requirements with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain records of transport activities, logs, mileage, deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with SA road regulations and safety policies.
• Analyze data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions at the Stellenbosch hub.
• Manage driver schedules and working hours to comply with labor laws.
