Job summary

Weaver FinTech Group in South Africa seeks a Team Leader: Document Processing to drive daily operations, coaching, and performance across a busy back‑office function. You will oversee document collection, validation workflows, and ensure compliance with SLAs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–3 years in document processing and 3 years in a leadership capacity, with strong coaching, planning, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in back‑office or document processing (FinChoice preferred).
• 3 years' experience in a team leadership or supervisor role or holds a leadership qualification.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for document processing and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Plan activities and allocate resources based on volume and targets.
• Monitor dashboards and report team performance with insights for improvement.
• Coach team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with L&D, QA, IT and Process Analysts to resolve issues and improve enablement.
• Support digital channels and ensure compliant, high‑quality customer interactions.
