Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability.
• Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for specific industries and roles.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand vacancy requirements and candidate profiles.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and present them to consultants.
• Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and updated in the ATS.
