Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/CS experience.
• 3+ years of systems administration in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux OS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization.
• Strong networking, security, and hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and related applications.
• Administer and manage cloud infrastructure resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on‑premise hardware.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform regular maintenance and upgrades.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing and managing security measures and protocols.
