Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Engineer to join our client in Sandton. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration with remote strategic planning to optimize complex supply chain networks and ensure smooth flow of goods and information.

You will analyze processes, design network improvements, forecast demand using data tools, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, network design, and transport optimization.
• Proficient in modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, simulation software).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
