Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in project management within software development environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with software development tools and platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, manage requirements, and communicate deliverables to the team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies affecting delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to ensure successful releases.
