- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
- 8–10 years in supply chain with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle/JDA and advanced Excel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily operations: inventory, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales and manufacturing to align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate SLAs.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control across the supply chain.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
