Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-national supply chains.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and procurement.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Hybrid work experience balancing office and remote duties.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SCM team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance.
• Oversee inventory management to optimize stock and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and ethical sourcing.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to boost visibility and performance.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage key supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain.
