Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce operations, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to drive online sales and engagement through strategic social media and e-commerce initiatives.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and SEO best practices.
• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns and understanding of ad metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated social media and e-commerce strategies to boost online visibility and drive sales.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Manage and optimize product listings on the e-commerce platform, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
