Qualifications

• PGA certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 7 years of golf instruction experience, with a focus on academy/junior development.
• Experience in curriculum development and program design within golf.
• Proficiency with modern golf analysis technology (TrackMan, Foresight Sports).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert golf instruction focusing on swing mechanics, short game, course management, and mental strategy.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve comprehensive golf academy programs and lesson plans.
• Utilize technology (launch monitors, video analysis) to enhance coaching effectiveness.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set achievable goals.
• Recruit and retain students for academy programs.
• Conduct group clinics, workshops, and playing lessons.
• Stay abreast of trends in golf instruction and sports psychology.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Assist in selecting and implementing new coaching technologies and tools.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
