You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning and procurement to site supervision and close-out, with a hybrid work model that blends site presence with office tasks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional certification (e.g., Pr CPM, PMP) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within civil construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and site management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Hybrid work environment balancing site and office responsibilities.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Manage site operations ensuring safety, quality, and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Manage project finances including cost control and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulators to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
