The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Construction degree, 8+ years PM experience, PMP preferred, and proficient with MS Project or Primavera to manage complex schedules and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP or professional certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
