You will manage a team, develop schedules, conduct inspections, and train staff while maintaining health and safety standards. Hybrid work flexibility applies to reporting duties and coordinator tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Centurion, Gauteng with hybrid work flexibility.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily sanitation activities and ensure high cleaning standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign staff tasks.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address sanitation issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate remote tasks and reporting as required by management.
