Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within cleaning and sanitation.
• Experience developing sanitation management systems.
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, equipment and best practices.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations (GMP, HACCP).
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with reporting, budgeting and inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee sanitation department staffing, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and refine sanitation policies, procedures and programs.
• Conduct site audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, purchasing and inventory control.
