Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sanitation Supervisor or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Experience supervising cleaning staff and managing daily operations.
• Solid understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation best practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in commercial or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of sanitation workers to ensure efficient cleaning services.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify areas requiring attention.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, placing orders as needed.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to cleaning and sanitation issues and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, attendance, inventory levels, and incident reports.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with site management and departments to address needs.
• Conduct performance reviews for cleaning staff and provide feedback.
• Implement and oversee new cleaning protocols and technologies as directed.
• Ensure all team members receive training and safety equipment.
