Placements24 is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for a hybrid role based in Welkom, Free State. You will manage client relationships, present tailored solutions, and drive sales from remote and in-person visits.

The role demands consultative selling, strong communication, and a proactive approach to closing deals. You will work with CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams, and travel locally to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Strong consultative selling techniques and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with clients remotely and face-to-face.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across different work modes.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings in the Welkom area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Develop and present tailored sales proposals and solutions that address client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead qualification through to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations both virtually and in person.
• Nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
