Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 6+ years experience in contract drafting and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of South African contract law.
• Experience in corporate legal departments or advising corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service and supplier agreements.
• Advise business units on contractual risks, liabilities, and compliance obligations.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and clauses.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and archival.
• Provide legal support for tender processes and procurement activities.
