The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in contract law, capable of managing multiple negotiations and advising stakeholders across the business. The role offers in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with post-qualification experience in contract law.
• Strong drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management principles.
• Excellent analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several negotiations in a hybrid setup.
• Solid written and verbal communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
