Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RAN engineering within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR.
• Experience with RAN planning and optimization tools.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and commission new RAN equipment.
• Monitor RAN performance metrics and optimize.
• Troubleshoot 2G/3G/4G/LTE and 5G RAN issues.
