Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Business/Commerce required.
• 3–5 years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost-saving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure indirect goods and services.
• Develop and maintain a database of approved suppliers, ensuring QA and SLAs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate capabilities/pricing.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, addressing issues.
• Prepare RFQ/RFPs and other procurement documents.
• Analyze bid proposals and recommend supplier selection based on value.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics and legislation.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize spend.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Support internal stakeholders with procurement expertise.
