Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on process development and optimization experience.
• Experience with laboratory experimentation and pilot plant trials.
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes.
• Lead pilot plant trials to scale up processes for production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement processes in full-scale production.
