You will build relationships with existing and new clients, advise on cover needs, and collaborate across the business to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance and underwriting criteria.
• Proven ability to grow and retain client base.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive client service strategy.
• Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers to achieve goals.
• Monitor client health and retention, addressing churn risks.
• Drive growth within existing client base through account management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing for seamless journey.
• Establish KPIs for customer success and track progress.
• Engage in business development and client relationship expansion.
