Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• A relevant tertiary insurance-related qualification.
• Registration as a FSCA FAIS representative is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients.
• Provide professional advice on cover needs, conditions and exclusions.
• Handle renewals, endorsements and premium queries.
• Upsell Homeowners cover to existing portfolios.
• Negotiate cover and rates with insurers on behalf of clients.
• Ensure portfolio profitability by adhering to underwriting criteria.
• Liaise on claims and assist clients with loss notifications.
• Engage in business development and client relationship building.
