Qualifications

• Qualification in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• Experience as Paralegal Assistant or similar role.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct preliminary legal research under the guidance of paralegals or attorneys.
• Schedule client meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communicate with clients to gather information.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
