Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 plus a relevant diploma or degree (business administration, operations, commerce, or similar), or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Discretion when handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Administrative and office support: manage inboxes and calendars, bookings, and document prep
• Project and delivery support: onboarding new client projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
• Systems and data: support internal tools, keep databases and trackers up to date
• Finance and HR support: onboarding/offboarding, leave tracking, documentation
• Continuous improvement: identify repetitive tasks and document SOPs
