Job summary

Gridlines is a rapidly growing financial modelling consultancy focused on robust and reliable financial modelling. The role involves leading model audit assignments and managing a portfolio of active projects with a team of modelling professionals.

You will analyse complex models, review documentation, and ensure accuracy and consistency across engagements while contributing to methodology development and client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
• Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate accounting/finance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead model audit assignments, ensuring models are arithmetically and commercially correct.
• Manage a portfolio of active assignments and lead project delivery.
• Train, motivate and manage junior team members on assignments.
• Communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and enhance financial modelling methodologies and tools.
