Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads to address challenges.
• Assist in development and refinement of SOPs.
