The ideal candidate will have a quantitative degree, 4+ years of experience, and strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for manufacturing and operations.
• Support development and implementation of operational strategies and projects.
• Collaborate with on-site operational teams to understand processes and gather data.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes and initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to management using remote tools for dissemination.
