You will work closely with various departments to identify performance gaps, develop insights, and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics (KPIs).
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and implement recommended changes.
• Assist in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
