Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic advising or related higher education role.
• Strong understanding of engineering programs and requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering students via online channels.
• Assist students in planning course schedules and ensuring degree requirements are met.
• Explain university academic policies, procedures, and regulations to students.
• Monitor student progress and intervene to support those facing challenges.
• Conduct regular check-ins to discuss goals and career aspirations.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to address student issues and updates.
