Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other major network hardware vendors.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, access controls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
• Respond to network-related incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Assist in network capacity planning and technology upgrades.
