The role blends classroom-style sessions and live Teams sessions, with a focus on user adoption and process alignment.

You will develop training content, manage a central repository, and update materials after upgrades. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP experience; MS Dynamics 365 BC/ NAV advantageous.
• Experience delivering training (in-person or virtual).
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Operations processes.
• Experience creating training materials and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and user support capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured onboarding sessions for new employees using Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.
• Conduct live training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
• Provide process-based training aligned to business workflows and best practices.
• Tailor training content to different user roles and departments.
• Create user guides, process documentation and short video tutorials.
• Establish and manage a central training repository (Teams/SharePoint).
• Maintain a training register to track participation and completion.
• Provide day-to-day functional support to users on Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.
• Identify recurring issues and update training materials accordingly.
• Analyse support queries to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user adoption.
• Support system upgrades from a user perspective and update documentation.
• Assist management with user readiness and adoption strategies.
• Provide ad hoc support to management and projects as required.
